Elsby Associates was set up in 2005 by Carl Elsby following on from his career with Britannia Building Society. His mission was to be able to provide a Professional Advice Service to his clients for Mortgage & Protection Advice from a range of Lenders & Insurance providers, rather than just offering from one provider.
Carl is still today our Senior Advisor & Director of the business and him and his team look after their clients which are now all over the UK to ensure they have the best advice for their needs and protection in place for the unforseen. Carl is also qualified to give advice on Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgages.
Elsby Associates can help clients with all aspects of Mortgage Advice, whether you are a First Time Buyer, Home Mover, Remortgage and Buy to Let. The market is constantly changing and lenders / insurance providers all have different criteria / products, so its so important to seek out professional advice which is what we provide our clients.
We have extensive experience of working with lenders and niche lenders also for complex cases, especially if you are Self-employed, Company Director, Contractor or Mortgages for Professionals.
We also work with Estate Agents, Accountants, Solicitors & IFAs who often refer clients to use for our expertise in our field.

Rachel, looks after client retention and keeps in touch with our clients for their reviews, when they are due. She also loves the outdoors, gardening and is a superb cook!

Case Progression
Imogen is learning the ropes within the business and also is trained in drafting Wills and legal documents, she aims to qualify in the future as a Lawyer and specialise in the area of Trusts & Probate. She absolutely loves driving since passing her test in 2023 and like most young ladies shops like crazy!
